Tom Burlinson
Born in 1993 in Kingston Upon Thames, London, Tom Burlinson is a British internet filmmaker. From a young age he was fascinated by the "Making Of…" documentaries on the special features section of DVDs this and the seemingly insignificant decision to study media A level, along with a (slight) obsession with Youtube, has led to the beginning of a career in film and digital media. A presenter for The Night Light on Brayford Radio, his interest in radio was casual at best, until he irregularly sat in with the crew of the Jeremiah show in October 2012. He soon fell in love with it, and shortly before the show became The Night Light in January 2013, he joined the crew and became a full time presenter on the show.

Media in general has had a large affect on him, and his greatest influences are Chris "Bing" Bingham A.K.A Slomozovo, Edgar Wright, his wide taste in music, and the Scott Pilgrim Series by Bryan Lee O'Malley. Music has also played a large part his life, and he is a multi instrumentalist, playing guitar for 6 years, bass for 3 and badly playing drums and keyboards for 2 years. At the young age of 19 he has big plans for the future: to enter the media industry and continue creating content for Youtube whilst studying a BA (Hons) in Media Production at the University of Lincoln.
